The sample rack sample IDs can be viewed by pressing the corresponding green rhomboid
button tab at the bottom of the screen. The dot adjacent to the Tube # refers to the status of
each sample. If the Agility is interfaced to an LIS system, the assays to be performed on each
sample will be automatically indicated in the column, otherwise the operator must check the
samples to be run with each test (in figure 6-6, all samples are to be assayed via PLAC).
When all of the information needed for processing is available and all samples are
successfully loaded, the Next Worklist screen button is pressed to
calculate and display the Worklist Timeline (Section 6.6).
