Chapter 6 The Graphical User Interface
6.1 Introduction
Note: This chapter presents a detailed description of the graphical user interface
and is provided as a reference tool. The operator should refer to Chapter 4 for
information about the steps that are required to perform an assay.
The Agility system includes a Windows
TM
application program that is accessed via the touch
screen panel on the lower right corner of the instrument. A number of USB ports and Ethernet
ports are provided to input assay files and related information and to output data. When the
system is powered up, Administrator screen (Figure 6-1) will ultimately be All instrument
lights will illuminate for a short period of time during the initial power up procedure.
6.2 The Administrator Screen
The
Administrator
screen (Figure 6-2) provides three options:
CTV - accesses a number of calibration, testing and verification features (generally used
by service engineers and manufacturing personnel).
Agility - accesses the Agility program and presents the Agility screen (Section 6.2).
Explorer - accesses Microsoft Windows functions
