6.6 The Timeline

6.6.1 Overview of the Timeline

The

Timeline

screen (Figure 6-8) presents a visual display of all of the activities that the

system is to perform/has performed over the selected time period. A zoomed in view of the
timeline is shown by touching and dragging the defining a box on the upper timeline to the
area on that timeline for which greater detail is desired. The timeline for plate processing is
accompanied by its corresponding plate description to the left in a corresponding table. If
there are more than six plates running, the table can be adjusted via the arrows on the left
showing the plates running in order to scroll through all plates. Alternatively, the arrow
pointing downwards on the right will expose all plate timelines. The zoomed timeline and
operation details will not be available at that point but can be returned by pressing this arrow
once again.
