The icons at the upper right of the screen (e.g.
) indicate the component(s) that
are required to initiate the timeline to). These icons will remain until the needed items
(microplates and fluids) are loaded.
The icons on the left side of the screen are used to determine the status of various aspects of
the system (Section 6.4.3).
The
button accesses the
User Timeline
screen (Figure 6-9).

The upper half of the user timeline (Figure 6-10) provides a rapid way of determining when
plates, fluids, SmartKits and various consumables may need to be replaced and when the
waste fluid must be drained. The lower half of the screen presents the same status information
as the Timeline (Figure 6-9).
