region of the Desktop (Figure 4-6) to view the status of the Waste
Fluid and Washer Fluid containers (Figure 4-7).

4.6.2 Start-of-Day Assays
At the beginning of a session the fluid lines should be primed and conditioned to ensure
proper volume delivery. The start-of-day aspirate and dispense assays must be imported onto
the Agility using the “Transfer from USB device” to system feature. These assays
automatically install in the C:\Assays directory when Agility version 1.05 or higher is
installed, however they must be imported onto the system before use. After transferring the
assays onto the system, select “Define Active Wash Dispense Assay” from the Action drop
down list. Select Dispense generic.asy from the list on the right hand side of the screen and
