Removing lint and thread remnants

Remove any lint in the area below the throat
plate

Check oil level at machine head

Check oil level at looper drive housing

Pneumatic system
Checking the operating pressure

Check the water level in the pressure controller

Clean the filter element in the maintenance unit

Check the tightness of the system

WARNING
Risk of injury from flying particles!
Flying particles can enter the eyes, causing
injury.
Wear safety goggles.
Hold the compressed air gun so that the particles
do not fly close to people.
Make sure no particles fly into the oil sump.
