Virtual Exam Controls
During a Virtual Exam, use the controls as described in the table below.
Virtual Exam Icons and Button Controls
Tap the
Toggle Camera
icon to toggle between the front and back cameras. If an
external camera is attached to the USB port, this icon will toggle between the front, back,
and external cameras.
Tap the
Camera
icon to take a still photo of the patient. The photo is sent to the remote
clinician automatically. The photo can be saved.
Tap the
Video
icon
on the patient’s side to turn off the IDM100 Medical Tablet’s video.
Tap the
Video
icon on the
clinician’s screen to turn off the remote clinician’s video.
Tap the icon again to turn video on.
Tap the
Mute
icon
on the patient’s side to turn off the IDM100 Medical Tablet’s
microphone. Tap the
Mute
icon on the clinician’s screen to turn off the remote clinician’s
microphone.
Tap the icon again to unmute.
Tap the
Tests
button to perform tests on the patient.
Tap the
Patient Record
button to view or edit the patient record.
Tap the
Privacy
button to pause both video and audio for privacy. Tap the button again
to turn off Privacy mode.
In Video mode, tap the
Audio Only
button to turn off video. Both videos are off and the
screens go blank; audio is still active.
