Attempt and accept BGP connections to external peers on networks that are not directly connected.
C-Series, E-Series
Syntax neighbor { ipv6-address | peer-group-name } ebgp-multihop [ ttl ]
To disallow and disconnect connections, use the
no neighbor { ipv6-address |
peer-group-name } ebgp-multihop [ ttl ]
command.
Parameters
ipv6-address Enter the IPv6 address in the x:x:x:x::x format.
NOTE: The :: notation specifies successive hexadecimal fields of
zeros.
peer-group-name Enter the name of the peer group.
ttl (OPTIONAL) Enter the number of hops as the time to live (ttl) value.
The range is 1 to 255. The default is 255.
Defaults Disabled.
