for the cardiac output rate: 3, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5 and 7 L/MIN.
Pressing the RIGHT (

) arrow button will change the menu screen to that of Figure
56 .

) arrow button to scroll through the settings provided:
CO TREND ON, CO TREND OFF, SLOW, FAULTY INJ, L/R SHUNT, CAL
1D/1SEC, 1D/4SEC. These settings correspond to various types of cardiac output
simulation, including abnormal injections and calibration pulses.

) arrow button to scroll through the settings provided:
INJT T1, INJT T2, INJT T3 and INJT T4. These settings correspond to the type of
injectate thermistor that would normally be connected to the monitor, and also the
injectate temperature being measured by the thermistor. The thermistor settings are
interpreted as follows:
INJT T1: Compatible with H-P and Philips monitors; injectate solution at 2 °C
INJT T2: Compatible with H-P and Philips monitors; injectate solution at 20 °C
INJT T3: Compatible with Edwards and Spacelabs monitors; injectate at 2 °C
INJT T4: Adjustable via a variable resistor ("trimpot"), accessible through a hole on
the right side of AMPS-1 (see Figure 58 )
