13.3 Programming Power-On Defaults
The factory default settings for AMPS-1 may be changed on the AMPS-1 itself, as
described in Chapter 2 of this manual, or may be changed using
AMPSpc and then
uploaded to AMPS-1.
Power-on parameters of AMPS-1 and the corresponding settings for those parameters
are as follows:
ECG Rate: 30, 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180, 200, 220, 240,
260, 280 or 300 BPM
ECG Amplitude: 0.1, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5mV
ECG Axis: Normal (INT), Horizontal or Vertical
ECG Baseline Impedance: 500, 1000, 1500 or 2000 Ù
ECG R-Wave: Adult R-Wave or Neonatal R-Wave
Respiration Rate: 0, 15, 20 30, 40, 60, 80, 100 or 120 BPM
Respiration Waveform: I/E 1/1, I/E 2/1, I/E 3/1, I/E 4/1,
I/E 5/1, or Ventilator
Respiration Delta: 0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 Ù
Pacer Pulse Amplitude: 2, 4, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 50, 100,
200, 500 or 700 mV
Pacer Pulse Width: 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 or 2.0 msec
Pacer Pulse Polarity: Negative or Positive Pulse
Temperature YSI 400/700: 30, 35, 37, 38 or 40 °C
CO Injectate Temperature: 2 or 20 °C
CO Baseline Temperature: 36, 37 or 38 °C
CO Injectate Thermistor: H-P/Philips compatible, 2 or 20°C;
American Edwards/Spacelabs compatible, at 2°C; or
Adjustable (default Edwards/Spacelabs at 20°C)
BP Sensitivity: 5 or 40 µV/V/mmHg
BP1 to BP4 Dynamic:
(settings are independent
for each channel) Arterial - 120/80, 90/40, or 160/110
Ventricular - Left 120/0, or Right 25/0
Pulmonary - Artery 25/10, or Wedge 10/2
