P3241 indicates if a road switch is connected to the PVED-CLS. The road switch functionality will only function correct
if the following parameters are set correctly:

Not all combinations of these 3 parameters are valid. If an invalid condition is detected by PVED-CLS, it will enter safe
state and notify about an invalid EEPROM configuration of the Peripherals sector. See truth table in
Table 11 .
