TOWING THE VEHICLE

If towing is necessary, contact a Daewoo
Dealer or professional tow truck service.
Proper lifting and towing procedures are
necessary to prevent damage to the vehicle.
When towing the vehicle by wheel lift,
•

Switch on hazard warning flasher of
both vehicles.

•

Set the ignition switch in the "ACC" po-
sition.

•

Place the gearshift lever in "NEUTRAL"
(manual transmission) or the selector
lever in "N" (automatic transmission).

•

Release the parking brake.

•

Vehicles should be towed with the driv-
ing (front) wheels off the road.

CAUTION

Do not tow the vehicle with sling-type
equipment or the vehicle will be
damaged.
Use flat bed or wheel lift equipment.
