5–4 AUDIO SYSTEM* (RADIO, CASSETTE AND CD PLAYER)
Fader/Balance Control Knob (4)
Fader Control :
Rotate this knob clockwise to decrease the
volume of rear speakers and counterclock-
wise to decrease the volume of front speak-
ers.
Balance Control :
While pressing this knob, rotate it clockwise
to decrease the volume of left speakers and
counterclockwise to decrease the volume of
right speakers.
Clock Control Button (7)
To display the current time on the L.C.D.
while operating the radio or cassette, press
this button. Then, the current time will ap-
pear on the L.C.D. for about 5 seconds.
How to Set the Time
1. Turn on the audio system.
2. Press the clock control button (7) once
to display the time on the L.C.D.
3. While the time is displayed on the L.C.D.,
press the clock control button again and
hold it.
4. At that time, press the tuning up (
)
button to adjust the hour and tuning
down (
) button to adjust the minute.
5. After setting the time, release the clock
control button.
NOTE
When the ignition key is at "ACC" or
"ON" position, the current time will
always appears on the L.C.D. if the
audio system is not turned on. If the
audio system is turned on, radio fre-
quency or TAPE signal will appear
on the L.C.D.
