show cfm fault
Purpose
Used to show the MEPs that have faults.
Syntax
show cfm fault {md [<string 22> | md_index <uint 1-4294967295>] {ma [<string 22> |
ma_index <uint 1-4294967295>]}}
Description
This command is used to display all the fault conditions detected by the MEPs contained in a
specified MA or MD.
The displayed output provides the overview of the fault status by MEPs.
Parameters
md <string 22>
- Specify the maintenance domain name.
md_index <uint 1-4294967295>
- Specify the maintenance domain index.
ma <string 22>
- Specify the maintenance association name.
ma_index <uint 1-4294967295>
- Specify the maintenance association index.
Restrictions
None.
Example usage:
To show the CFM faults:
DGS-3450:admin#show cfm fault

Purpose
Used to show the MEPs and MIPs created on a port.
Syntax
show cfm port <port> {level <int 0-7> | direction [inward | outward] | vlanid <vlanid1-
4094>}
Description
This command is used to show the MEPs and MIPs created on a port.
Parameters
port <port>
- Specify the port number.
level <int 0-7>
- Specify the maintenance domain level.
direction
- Specify the MEP direction.

inward
– Specify the inward facing (up) MEP.
•
outward
– Specify the outward facing (down) MEP.
Vlanid <vlanid 1-4094> - Specify the VLAN identifier. If not specified, all VLANs are shown.
