To reset the administrator password
If you have forgotten the administrator password, do as follows:
1. Contact your supplier for a reset code.
Report the serial number and IMEI number of the terminal.
You can find the serial number and IMEI number in the display on the terminal by selecting
the menu
gears
and then
Properties
.
2. After receiving the reset code from your supplier, select
Reset password
from the
Support
page.
3. Type in the reset code obtained from your supplier and click
Reset
.
4. The password is disabled.
You now have access to all settings. If you want to use a password, enable the password as
described in
To disable the administrator password on page 92
To restart the terminal
If you want to restart the terminal, do as follows:
1. From the
Support
page, select
Reboot terminal
.
2. Click to confirm the reboot.
The terminal restarts. Note that this is the equivalent to switching the terminal off and on
again.
About
The

page shows the
Serial number
,
IMSI number
,
IMEI number
and
software
version
of your EXPLORER 710. It also shows your
Help desk
information, if it has been
entered under Advanced > Help desk.
To access the About page, select
Support > About
.
