Before you begin, you may want to gather the following information:

Account information from your Internet Service Provider

Product Authorization Key (PAK) IDs for additional licenses, if applicable

Phone numbers and account information for telephone service, ISDN (BRI)
service, and SIP (Voice over IP) service, if applicable
