The stdurg parameter points to the sequence number of the last octet. Some TCP
interpretations offer than the pointer should point to the last octet + 1. This is the
standard BSD behavior (although it is commonly regarded as incorrect), but it is
prevalent, and is also the default setting on the SSL device. Urgent mode is
commonly used for interruptive or emergency notifications, such as an abort in
FTP data, or an interrupt in telnet or rlogin. Use the no form of the command to
return the stdurg to the global value. If no global settings exist for a parameter,
the factory default parameter is used instead. See RFC 1122.
