Specifies the number of failed keepalive responses before the virtual server is set
to “suspended”.

Usage Guidelines
Availability: Serial, Telnet; FIPS Mode (serial only)
Only one key is allowed per server. If you enter this command with a different key,
that reference replaces the earlier one.
count The number of failed keepalive message responses;
the range is 1 to 10 (inclusive); the default is 3
keyname The name of the key.
default The pre-loaded default key.
default-1024 The pre-loaded 1024-bit default key.
default-512 The pre-loaded 512-bit default key.
