Place the envelopes with the address
side up and the flap to the left (toward
the front of the machine).
Slide the required number of envelopes in
until they stop.
IMPORTANT
• Make sure that the height of the envelope
stack does not exceed the limit mark
.
• Do not try to print on the back of enve-
lopes.
• If using ISO-B5 envelopes, close the flap
and feed top first as shown.

Set the slide guides against the long
edge of the envelope.
IMPORTANT
• The slide guides should contact the enve-
lopes lightly. If the guides are set too
tightly, the envelopes will not feed properly
and a paper jam may result.
