Designating the Envelope Type

You can use Paper Drawer 1 as an envelope cassette, if you attach the optional
Envelope Feeder Attachment-C1, and set the size switch to the appropriate
envelope type, and the paper size dial to 'ENV.'. The envelope cassette can hold
the following six types of envelopes: COM10, ISO-B5, Monarch, ISO-C5, DL, and
Yougata 4.

IMPORTANT

This procedure is necessary only if the optional Envelope Feeder Attachment-C1 is
attached.

NOTE

The default settings are:

- ENV.1: COM10

- ENV.2: COM10
