Activity Management Reports and Lists
TX Report/Error TX Report
This report indicates the telephone number of the party to which you sent documents, the
result of communication, and so on, to enable you to check whether or not the documents
were sent correctly to the intended destination.
You can set whether or not to automatically print a sending result report after sending
documents by Fax. (See ‘Setting Automatic Output of a TX Report,’ on p. 7-3.)
You can also print a TX report with an image of the sent original attached to it. (See ‘Setting
Automatic Output of a TX Report,’ on p. 7-3.)
NOTE

The default setting for printing of the TX report is “For error only. ”

REPORT NAME
When the sending of the documents is completed normally, a “TX REPORT” is
printed. When a sending error occurs, a “FAILED TX REPORT” is printed.

MESSAGE
A message describing the transmission result is printed.

JOB NO.
A 4-digit number, that is automatically assigned when the sending document is
accepted, is printed.

DEPARTMENT ID
If Department ID Management is set, the Department ID is printed.

DESTINATION
ADDRESS
The telephone number of the sending destination is printed to the first 20 digits.

SUBADDRESS
A subaddress is printed if one is specified.

DESTINATION ID
The name of the remote party is printed.
