Enter a name for the Batch Sending Memory Box, and press “OK.”

For instructions explaining how to enter characters, see the

You can enter up to 24 alphanumeric characters for a memory box name.

NOTE

If you make an incorrect entry, press

(Clear), and enter the correct name.

•

Press “Cancel” if you want to cancel storing.

Enter the password using

(numeric keys), and press “Next.”

Enter a password of a one to seven-digit number.

If you do not want to set a password, press “Next” without entering a password.

IMPORTANT

There is no method of verifying the set password, so do not forget it.
