Relay Sequential Result Report
This report is used to let the sending party know if documents were sent normally to the
intended destination(s) in Relay Memory Box mode.
You can set whether or not to automatically print a Relay Sequential Result Report after
sending documents by Fax. (See ‘Setting the Relay Memory Box,’ on p. 5-49.)
NOTE
•
The default setting for sending a Relay Sequential Result Report is “Off.” (See ‘Setting the Relay
Memory Box,’ on p. 5-49.)

RESULT
When the sending of the documents ended normally, “OK” is printed.
When a sending error occurred, “NG” is printed.
If a sending error occurred, the page number of the page in which the error occurred,
and also the error code number are printed.

JOB NO.
The 4-digit number, that is automatically assigned when a receiving document is
accepted, is printed.

TX/RX
INCOMPLETE
The telephone number of the sending destination to which you have not finished
sending is printed. If there is no applicable destination, “_ _ _” is printed.

TRANSACTION
OK
The telephone number of the sending destination to which you have finished sending
is printed. If there is no applicable destination, “_ _ _” is printed.

ERROR
When a sending error occurs, the telephone number of the sending destination is
printed. If there is no applicable destination, “_ _ _” is printed.
