ax Settings

Enter the name of the One-touch Speed Dialing key, on the touch
panel, and press “OK.”

For instructions explaining how to enter characters, see the

Reference Guide

You can enter up to 12 alphanumeric characters for a One-touch Speed Dialing key name.

You cannot press “OK” without entering at least one character for the name of the One-
touch Speed Dialing key.

The directory where the destination is stored appears.

The initial of the One-touch Speed Dialing key is automatically displayed under it.

NOTE
•

You can erase characters (numbers) by pressing

(Clear).

•

The initial is used to specify where to store the One-touch Speed Dialing key in alphabetical
order.

Press “Done.”

Press “Done” repeatedly until the Fax Basic Features screen appears.
