Press “Store.”
If you change the contents stored in One-touch Speed Dialing or Coded Speed Dialing, the
stored contents of One-touch Speed Dialing or Coded Speed Dialing that are stored as
part of a Group Dialing set will also change. For instructions explaining how to register
group dialing destinations, see ‘Registering Group Dialing Destinations,’ on p. 5-22.

Enter the telephone number of the other party using

(numeric keys), and press “Next.”
“Pause”: Press to insert a pause (seconds) in dialing. Press after entering an outside line
access number, or the telephone number. You can also change the setting of the pause
time. (See ‘Setting the Pause Time,’ on p. 5-30.)
“Tone”: Press before inputting a tone signal from a dial line.

”: Press to move the cursor backward or forward. To change the entered character,
move the cursor to the position of the character concerned, and reenter the character.
“Backspace”: Press to delete the character immediately before the cursor.
“+”: Press to insert a country code in front of the telephone number. (See ‘Setting PIN Code
Access,’ on p. 6-18.)
“Space”: Press to insert a space between the area code and the local telephone number.
“PIN Code”: Press to use the PIN code. (See ‘Setting the PIN Code Position,’ on p. 2-37.)
“Option”: Press to set the sending time, sending speed, long distance, subaddress, and
ECM transmission. (See ‘Detailed Settings When Storing Destinations in One-touch Speed
Dialing,’ on p. 5-18.)
