Instruction 67: Dynagage Sap-Flow

This instruction is used in conjunction with a Dynamax Stem Flow Gauge. It
processes four voltages measured by instruction 2. See Appendix F for
information on Instruction 67.

This instruction is used to give other instructions additional parameters. Each of
the eight parameters in Instruction 68 is defined by the instruction it follows.
