Setting FIFO Blocking on a Network Module
This command lets the user set FIFO blocking on a specific network module
when the queues are full.
NOTE:
This command applies to FORE Systems’
Series C network modules only.
Enter the following parameters:
localhost::configuration module traffic>
fifoblock <module> (normal | enabled)
module
Indicates which network module is to be configured.
normal|enabled
Normal
indicates that the network module passes
traffic normally.
Enabled
means that FIFO blocking
takes place on the network module when the queues
are full. The default state is
normal
.
