Cancel with minus tool
In the event of a cancellation, prices, weights and piece numbers have to be deducted
from the total memories. Via the minus tool, you can stipulate flexibly which values are to
be deducted from which total memories. Enter or edit the values and total memory in a ta-
ble editor.
The following cancellation procedures are supported with the minus tool:

Cancel weighed package, see page 341

Cancel fixed value package, see page 342
–
Cancel several packages or boxes, see page 342
CAUTION
If the value you want to subtract is greater than the current sum,
all total memories will be deleted!

Use this function with particular care.

Before you run the function, check all the displayed values.
The following attributes can be edited in the table editor for this function:
"Net weight":
Weight total of all packages you want to cancel.
"Drained weight":
Weight total of all packages you want to cancel, providing the
drained weight is pertinent to price.
"Price":
Price total of all packages you want to cancel.
"Secondary price":
Price total of all packages you want to cancel that are in the
secondary currency, and when a second sales price is printed
in the second currency. When entering the secondary price, the
primary price is calculated automatically. The reverse is also
true.
"Tare":
Tare total of all packages you want to cancel.
"Number of single pckg": Piece number of all packages you want to cancel.
"Single numerator":
Consecutive number of package you want to cancel. Do no en-
ter a value for multiple packages!
"PLU":
PLU number of PLU you want to cancel.
"Customer number":
Customer number of PLU you ant to cancel.
"Pr. group number":
Product group number of PLU you want to cancel.
"Subtract nmb of *1 fr.
*2":
If the number of reached preselected totals from Total 1 is part
of Total 2: Number of reached total reselections from Total 1,
which should be deducted from Total 2.
"Subtract nmb of *1 fr.
*3":
If the number of reached preselected totals from Total 1 is part
of Total 3: Number of reached total reselections from Total 1,
which should be deducted from Total 3.
