Edit weight class attribute
Edit weight classes in the table editor, see page 75. The weight class attributes are com-
bined in table fields. If you open a table field to edit it, an input window appears containing
all the attributes belonging to that table field.
Table field "Labeling mode"
"Labeling mode":
Select labeling type, see page 275. Via "No labeling" you can
switch off labeling for the specific weight range.
If you select "Fixed value" or "Fixed weight" as the labeling type, you
must activate prepackage control plus statistical evaluation in order to
comply with the legal stipulations set by the Prepack Regulations.
"Weight":
Depending on the labeling type, enter either the nominal or
fixed weight.
If you set a value of "0" for the weight, the weight saved in the PLU data
is used during labeling. In this manner, you can monitor different pack-
age weights with one weight class table.
"Statistics":
Select statistics type, see page 316. There are various statis-
tics types available if the labeling type is"Fixed weight" or "Fixed
value".
"Factor To(1...30)":
In most statistic types you change "Factor To(1...30)". The
standard setting is "3". To increase the number of accepted
packages over nominal weight Qn, enter a larger factor (of a
maximum of 30) here. The new upper limit, UTmax, calculated
based on the set factor is displayed.
"Lower limit":
You can also enter a minimum weight here for all statistic types.
Packages under the minimum weight are not accepted.
"Upper limit":
For all statistics types you can additionally enter a maximum
weight here. Packages over the maximum weight are not ac-
cepted.
"No. of packages for sl.
mean value":
Only for the statistics type "self-adapting mean value": This is
where you define the number of valid packages to be used to
calculate the current average value.
The following applies: The smaller the number, the quicker the
average value reacts to fluctuations. The bigger the number,
the less sensitive the average value is to interferences.
