15.3.6 Open the static text table for the current labeling job
When a PLU is changed, the static text table assigned to the PLU is opened automatically.
You can also open a static text table manually for the current labeling job. It is applied until
the PLU is changed or until a different static text table is opened.
Mode level: 1 or 2
Mode level 1: <Etc> / <Texts> / <Etc> / <Static texts> / <Stat.text param. No.>

Mode level 2: <Texts> / <Static texts> / <Stat.text param. No.>
Enter and confirm the parameter number for the static text table you want, see
page 77.
The parameter number you have selected appears in the softkey. In the next labeling job,
the static texts from the selected table are printed in accordance with the layout in the text
fields of the customer's label.
15.3.7 Edit static texts for current labeling job
Static texts entered as described below apply until the next change or until a different stat-
ic text table is opened. Example: <Static text 1>. The procedure for the other static texts is
the same.

The static text is opened in the text editor.

The text editor is closed. The text appears on the softkey. The modified static texts are
printed in the text fields on the customer's label as of the next labeling job. The database is
not changed.
15.4 Manage date texts
On blank labels or customer labels, you can print the packing date or sell-by date as either
a standard date text or as a variable date text. A variable date text for the last use-by date
is additionally available for customer labels.
Variable date texts are saved under date text numbers in the database. You can allocate
date texts to PLUs so that they are automatically accessed when the PLU changes. For
the current labeling job you may enter or change variable date texts directly.
