Digital inputs (DI) Assignment
Device Setup | Setup | Inputs | Digital Inputs | Assignment
The menu Assignment determines which function is executed when the digital in-
put is switched. In the "ACTIVE" state, the selected function is executed. The active
state is initiated by closing the digital input.
The functions Standard Adjust / Lower Adjust / Upper Adjust are used for external
control of the adjustment. The parameters of the adjustment function are thereby
used
(Device Setup | Setup | Calibration | Adjust)
.
The function “Signal Radiation Interference” is used to switch manually to the sec-
ondary channel of the RID function instead of waiting for the automatic detection.
In the case of announced interference radiation events, such as weld inspections,
it is therefore possible to activate this function manually and keep it active until
the weld inspection is completed.
