The result screen of the selected
individual test opens.
The message " Test successful! " or
“Test failed!” is shown on the display.

Tap the " Start " button again to start the test
again.

Tap the " Back " button to go back to the selection
of the individual tests.
13.4.3.3 Interrupting an individual test

Tap the " Pause " button to interrupt the
measurement
(e. g. in case of a changed position of the alligator clip or
test probe or to prevent an incorrect measurement).
 Touch the “
Next " button to continue the
measurement.
Attention! The testing voltage remains during an
interrupted or paused test and is still applied to the test
sample!

Incorrect measured values can be deleted by
tapping the “
Reset " button.
(Resetting the measured values only works when the
test is running, not when the test is interrupted.)
13.4.3.4 Polarity reversal of the testing voltage

For individual tests that require a polarity reversal
of the testing voltage, you can use the buttons
"
L<->N " and " N<->L
” to carry out the polarity
reversal.
Analysis of test results

After having completed all necessary individual
tests, tap the " Done
" button on the “
VDE 0751-
1 / EN 62353 " screen.
The message " Test successful " or
“
Test failed
” is displayed.
The “
Test result
” screen opens.
 Tap the “
Change " line on the right of the
“
Test result
” screen.
The “
Device search
” screen opens.

Assign the test result to an existing test sample
or

Create a new test sample and assign the test
result to it.

Scroll to the end of the test results and choose
the corresponding test type
( periodic testing, test after modification,
after repair or receiving inspection ).
You can enter an additional comment in the
“
Note " line.
You can choose between the following buttons:

Print
”
(if option

“
Discard
” “
Save
” “
Back
”
13.4.4.1 Print
 Touch the “
Print
” button to print the test.
(The appliance tester must be connected to the optional log printer
via Bluetooth
®
.)
13.4.4.2 Discard
 Touch the “
Discard
” button to discard the test
and confirm the confirmation prompt on the
display with "
Yes ".
You will get back to the “
Main menu
” screen.
13.4.4.3 Save

Touch the " Save " button to save the test.
The test data will be saved automatically in the database and can
be read out via the BENNING PC software.
You will get back to the “
Main menu
” screen.
13.4.4.4 Back
 Tap the “
Back
” button to go back to the
" VDE 0751-1 / EN 62353 " screen without using
the “
Print
”, “
Discard
” or “
Save
” button.
The manual test procedure is finished.
