Customer-specific visual inspection
You can select the "
Customer-specific visual inspection
" menu
item to create individual test questions.
Use the icon on the left to navigate to the “
Questions
”
screen.
9.5.2.1 Creating a test question
Tap the “
New
” button and follow the prompt.

Cancel entry:
Tap the “
Back
” button.
You will get back to the previous menu
level.
Confirm by tapping the “
OK
” button.
The new test question will be saved and displayed on the
“
Questions
" screen.
9.5.2.2 Changing a test question
Touch the line of the test question to be
changed.
Tap the “
Change
” button and follow the prompt.
Change the test question and confirm your
entries by tapping the “
OK
” button.
The changed test question will be saved and displayed on the
“
Questions
" screen.
9.5.2.3 Deleting a test question
Touch the line of the test question to be deleted.
Tap the “
Delete
” button.
Confirm the confirmation prompt on the display
with "
Yes
".
The selected test question is deleted.
Customer-specific test procedures
You can create customer-specific test procedures for specific
device types, deviating tests or special test states and access the
created
customer-specific test procedures
via the automatic
and manual tests of the appliance tester.
Customer-specific test procedures can be assigned to both newly
created test samples and already existing test samples.
Use the icon on the left to navigate to the “
Test
procedures
” screen.
9.5.3.1 Creating a test procedure
Tap the “
New
” button and enter the name of
the test procedure.

Cancel entry:
Tap the “
Back
” button.
You will get back to the previous menu
level.
The “
Test procedure
” screen opens.
Touch the “
VDE
" line on the right of the
screen and choose from the existing test
specifications.
Touch the “
Protection class
" line on the
right of the screen and choose from the
existing protection classes.
Select your individual test procedure.
Briefly touch the
ON/OFF sliders
to
enable/disable
the status of the test criteria.
Confirm by tapping the “
Save
” button.
The new test procedure will be saved and displayed on the “
Test
procedures
" screen.
9.5.3.2 Changing a test procedure
Touch the line of the test procedure to be
changed.
Tap the “
Change
” button.
Change the test procedure and confirm your
entries by
tapping the “
Save
” button.
The changed test procedure will be saved and displayed on the
“
Test procedures
" screen.
9.5.3.3 Changing limits of a test procedure
Touch the line of the test procedure to be
changed.
Tap the “
Limits
” button.
Change the required
limits and tap the “
Back
”
button.
The limits will be adopted and will apply exclusively to the edited
test procedure.
Changed limits are displayed in red font.
The changed test procedure will be saved and displayed on the
“
Test procedures
" screen.
9.5.3.4 Resetting limits
Touch the line of the test procedure to be
changed.
Tap the “
Limits
” button.
Tap the “
Reset
” button.
Confirm the confirmation prompt on the display
with "
Yes
".
All changed limits of the selected test procedure
will be reset.
The changed test procedure will be saved and displayed on the
“
Test procedures
" screen.
9.5.3.5 Deleting a test procedure
Select the test procedure to be deleted.
Tap the “
Delete
” button.
Confirm the confirmation prompt on the display
with "
Yes
".
The selected test procedure will be deleted.
