4.19 Ribbon Cables
Tools required:
Phillips head screwdriver
5/32" hex wrench
Removal
1. Using a 5/32" hex wrench, unlock the front panel (A) (see figure 4-20 on
page 4–48).

Shock Hazard:
Turn off the power supply in the alarm, and leave it off during the installa-
tion of any component or sub-assembly. Failure to do so could result in
personal injury or equipment damage.
2. Turn the power switch (D) to the OFF position.
3. Push open the ears (B) of the connectors holding the ribbon cable (C) that
you want to remove.
4. Remove the ribbon cable (C).
