following options in the workgroup.properties:
Under:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Avid\iNEWS Command\inventorymanager\state\config
change the value from 0 to 1 in
com.avid.inventorymanager.playlistrefresh.forcegetclipcalltodevice=0
Under:

To report frames correctly for 720p50 format video, under:

com.avid.vdcpdeviceprovider.SDCompatible=0
Configuring VDS for Omneon
The Avid Video device service has a plug-in that allows for network-based control of Omneon
Spectrum and Media Deck. Selecting the Omneon plug-in also means that the Video device service is
fully redundant, like other Command services.
For the plug-in to work, however, some configuration is required, using the Avid Service
Configuration application of Avid Service Framework. For more information about this application,
see the
Avid Service Framework User’s Guide
.
To configure the Avid Video device service for Omneon network control:
1. Click the Start button, and then select All Programs > Avid > Service Framework > Avid Service
Configuration.
2. On the Hosts tab, navigate to and select the Avid Video Device Service.
3. When prompted, enter the system administrator password and click OK. If you have not yet
created one, leave the space blank and click OK.
