URLs for a custom ring tone files to be downloaded
and offered to users.
The list can contain 0 to 1023 UTF-8 characters.
The default value is null.
Values are separated by commas without any
intervening spaces. Each value consists of a
display name followed by an equals sign followed
by a file name or URL. Display names can contain
spaces, but if any do, the entire list must be
quoted. Ring tone files must be single-channel
WAV files coded in ITU-T G.711 u-law or A-law
PCM with 8-bit samples at 8kHz.
