Replace the battery.

Interlocked with Fiber
-
The head cover or control cover has come off.
Attach the cover. Otherwise, the fiber connector has been
disconnected. Connect the fiber interlock connector.

Emergency Stop ON

An emergency stop signal has been inputted. Close the external
emergency stop input circuit of the external I/O control connector.
Also release the Emergency Stop button on the marker or control
panel.

A temperature error has occurred with the LD power supply.

Clean the Control Unit air filter.
•
Ensure that the temperature around the equipment is between
5 and 35

C.
•
Wait at least ten minutes after restoring the power before starting
the laser.
