Maintenance

Have the following items ready when inspecting or replacing the FC-LD of the ML-7112AH:
•
FC-LD (new or refurbished)
•
Phillips screwdriver

Unscrew the six screws at the back of
the Control Unit.

Remove the cover on the right side by
sliding it back about 25 mm and lifting it
up.
Similarly, remove the cover on the left
side.

Disconnect the Peltier power supply
relay connector.

Before replacing the FC-LD, always turn off the equipment. Wait at least 5 minutes before
starting work. Performing replacement while the unit is on or immediately after it is turned
off poses a risk of electric shock, fire, or injury (including burns and blindness).
･
Never attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the FC-LD yourself.
