4.5 FC-LD (Oscillation Unit) Inspection and Replacement

Remove the screws from the back panel of the Head Unit (circled in the figure), then remove the
back panel.

Remove the two bypass fittings.
When you remove the couplers, a little
coolant will spill out. Use a dry cloth
prepared in advance to wipe up the
spilled water.

Disconnect the single connector at the front of the Oscillation Unit.

Peel off the three blue protective stickers
on top of the Oscillation Unit and use a
hex wrench to remove the three bolts.
