4.7.7 Adjusting the Flow
After replacing the ion-exchange resin or if an error has occurred because the fluid resistance value
has dropped, adjust the coolant flow with the flow valve below the ion-exchange resin case.

Remove the black tape on the flow valve.

Move the flow valve roller to the edge to loosen it.

Run the chiller alone for about 15 minutes.

Move the roller to the position of the black line (in the tightening direction, 20 mm to 21 mm) and
set it at the position shown here. Return the black tape to its original position.
If the flow valve roller is set in a looser position than shown, it will shorten the useful
life of the ion-exchange resin.
