MAINTENANCE
Maintenance Schedule (General Machine)
When washing unit avoid spraying the electrical components with high-pressure wash system. Electrical
components can get damaged, such as:
• receiver and remote control
• actuator
• reversible fan air compressor
• fuses and relay box
Every Hour
Clean radiator air suction filter.
Clean radiator matrix using “Clean Fix” system or if required using a compressed air line.
Clean air intake area around the oil radiator.
Clean oil radiator
After Initial 8 Hours - New Machine
Check nuts, bolts, pipes and hoses for tightness - tighten if required.
Check hydraulic oil level - replenish if required.
Clean radiator matrix - use compressed air line.
Daily
Engine oil level.
Air filter element (Remove air filter cap, clean debris from filter). See Air Filter Cleaning and Replacement
Section.
Hydraulic oil level.
Engine fuel level.
Engine fuel water separator: Condition, fuel valve “ON”.
Coolant level.
Radiator check (Open door, Clean).
Fan belt check.
Debris on battery - Clean/check connections.
Check for track damage (cuts, tears).
Check for track wear (10mm or less of tread).
Check track tension (using grease gun pressure). Every 5 Hrs. for the first 25 Hrs. and then every 40 Hrs.
Track tension check (lift track and check clearance between roller and track).
Check for stones, sticks or debris in track assembly.
Check mower for damage to housing.
Check mower door for damage.
Check mower deflectors.
Check blades and blade components.
Check hoses and connections to mower.
Check mower belts (condition).
Check mower belts (tension).
Lubricate cutter shaft bearings.
Lubricate roller shaft bearings.
Lubricate all indicated pivot points.
Check mower and power unit for leaks.
