All the required module parameters have now been entered. Select
Method >
Save Method As...
to save the method with a new name.
The ChemStation will not allow the method to be saved as
DEF_LC.M
, so that
the default method template is not altered.

Allow the system to equilibrate for at least 10 min, and check that the
baseline in the
Online Plot
is stable before starting the analysis.
