6
Disconnect the electrical connectors at the squeegee up limit switch and check the pressure gauge
again.
•
If the gauge now reads 200 PSI or less, adjust or replace the squeegee up limit switch. Also check for a
problem with the linkage that activates the switch.
•
If the gauge reads approximately 2000 PSI, go to step 9.
7
Leave the squeegee switch in the UP position and put the brush switch in the OFF position. Check the
pressure gauge again.
•
If the gauge reads 200 PSI or less, the hydraulic system is not causing the engine problem. Look for a
problem with the engine itself.
•
If the gauge reads approximately 2000 PSI, go to step 8.
8
Disconnect the electrical connectors at the brush up limit switch and check the pressure gauge again.
•
If the gauge now reads 200 PSI or less, adjust or replace the brush up limit switch. Also check for a
problem with the linkage that activates the switch.
•
If the gauge reads approximately 2000 PSI, go to step 9.
9
Disconnect the hopper lift switch and check the pressure gauge again.
•
If the gauge now reads 200 PSI or less, replace the hopper lift switch.
•
If the gauge still reads approximately 2000 PSI, go to step 10.
10
Disconnect the hopper door switch and check the pressure gauge again.
•
If the gauge now reads 200 PSI or less, replace the hopper door switch.
•
If the gauge still reads approximately 2000 PSI, look for a sticking valve spool in the cylinder control
valve.
