Start the engine and put the drive pedal in reverse.
If squeegee goes up with the pedal but not with the switch, replace the squeegee control switch on the
dashboard.
If the squeegee does not go up, go to step 5.

Turn the key switch on but do not start the engine. Put the squeegee switch (on the dashboard) in the up
position.
Open the engine cover and locate the red/white wire connected to the up limit switch (the switch on your
left, next to the squeegee lift cylinder). Check for voltage between this wire and the frame of the ma-
chine.
12 volts - remove the cover panel at the lower-left corner of the machine, for access to the cylinder
control valve and check for a problem in the S9 solenoid valve or coil (see Figure 13).
0 volts - go to step 6.

Locate the green/white wire connected to the up limit switch.
Measure voltage between this wire and the frame of the machine, with the key switch on and the squee-
gee switch (on the dashboard) in the up position.
12 volts - replace the up limit switch
0 volts - replace the reverse switch (mounted on the propulsion pump).
