Remove the cover panel at the lower-left corner of the machine, for access to the cylinder control valve.
Turn the key switch to the on position, but do not start the engine.
Put the squeegee switch (on the dashboard) in the up position.
Check the voltage between the machine frame and the black/white wire on the S3 solenoid coil (see
Figure 13).
12 volts - S3 solenoid valve or coil defective.
0 volts - look for a defect in the orange wire connected to fuse F5 (see Figure 12).
