UP LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT
To check and adjust the up limit switch...

Put the squeegee in the up position and measure the distance from the floor to the bottom of the lowest
squeegee blade. The distance should be between 2-1/4 and 2-1/2 inches.

Move the up limit switch (the one on your left, see Figure 11) to the left to increase the distance from the
floor. Move the switch to the right to decrease the distance from the floor. Moving the switch 1/4 inch will
change the distance between the blade and the floor approximately 1/2 inch. Move the switch forward or
backward so that its lever will be moved by bracket “D”.

With the squeegee in the up position, make sure that bracket “D” pushes the switch lever to the off
position. Also push bracket “D” forward and backward to make sure that the switch does not click on and
off. If the switch clicks, loosen its mounting screws and move the switch closer to bracket “D”.
