SOLUTION TANK REMOVAL

Drain the solution and the recovery tanks. To drain the solution tank, move the solution control lever to
the ON position or (on machines so equipped) remove the plug in the solution drain hose, located on the
lower-left side of the machine. To drain the recovery tank, remove the plug from the drain hose, located
on the right side of the machine, below the operator’s seat.

Remove the access panel from the left side of the operator’s compartment, loosen the clamp on the drain
hose and remove the hose from the bottom of the tank.

Open the engine cover, loosen the clamps on the squeegee hose and the impeller hose and remove the
hoses from the tank.

On propane-powered machines only
, remove the LP tank and it’s mounting bracket from the top of the
machine.

Lift the recovery tank off of the machine (the tank is not bolted to the frame).

Remove the lower-left body panel from the machine.

Loosen the clamps on the hoses connected to the bottom of the tank and pull the hoses off of the hose
barbs.

Turn the elbow (or tee) fitting counterclockwise to remove it from the bottom of the tank.
9
Lift the tank out of the machine (the tank is not bolted to the frame).
