ALTERNATOR REPLACEMENT
1
Drain the cooling system, using drain valve “A” (see Figure 4) and disconnect the negative battery cable
from the battery.

Disconnect the electrical connector and the vacuum hose from ignition controller “B”.

Disconnect hose “C” from the water pump.

Disconnect hose “D” from the top of the radiator.
5
Remove the “E” bolts (see Figure 5) from grill panel “F”.
