HYDRAULIC SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING
Note: Troubleshooting information for many hydraulic functions can be found in other sections of this manual.
For example, troubleshooting of the squeegee lift system is covered in the
Vacuum System
section.
Note: The squeegee lift limit switches mentioned in this section are located in the engine compartment, next
to the squeegee lift cylinder. The brush lift limit switch is located under the engine compartment, next to the
brush lift cylinder.
Problem: Excessive Heat & Pressure in System
Note: The operator may recognize this problem as poor engine performance although it is actually caused by
an overloaded hydraulic system.

Raise the hopper and install the hopper safety support on the hopper lift cylinder.
WARNING!
Never work under the hopper with out the hopper safety support installed on the hopper lift
cylinder, as shown in Figure 10 below.
