PROPULSION PUMP REMOVAL

Lift the engine cover, disconnect the battery cables and remove the battery from the machine.

Disconnect hose “A” (see Figure 6) from the back of the recovery tank.

Loosen the (4) “B” bolts and the (2) “C” bolts.

Loosen the locknut on bolt “D” and turn the bolt to release tension on the upper impeller belt. Then
remove the belt from the upper impeller pulley.

While holding the upper impeller assembly, remove the (4) “B” bolts and the (2) “C” bolts. Then lift the
upper impeller assembly off of the machine.
6
Loosen the clamps at both ends of hose “E” and remove the hose from the machine.
